The Zombie Tools version of the Naginata
At four feet long and six pounds this girl will cleave through even the most headstrong zombie.
Full tang 1/4” 5160 steel and T6 aluminum handle slabs make this durable blade on of the most ferocious weapons in the ZT armory.
The first two of these have already been sold but while we wait for more steel we need a name for this beast.
If we pick your name we will send you a free T-shirt and and at least 700 pounds of glory.
We should have some of these in stock before x-mas as well as more Harvesters, so if you would like to be put on the list email us.

Call it whatever you want, but given the length of the blade and pole are both actually way too short to be a naginata, I'd suggest not using the term in the marketing copy. If anything I'd call it a modern halberd and move on, except that even though there were dozens of variations on blade shape someone else will quibble with calling it that. Maybe pilium or short-spear?

James : good point! where does it state o'all length? the blade is definitely more halberd than naginata, but i don't think it's too far out there considering the modern "interpretation" aspect. i think calling it a pilum would prompt people to throw it though.......

Andy: It states a 4 foot overall length, and it looks to my eye like the blade portion is about a foot of that. A full size naginata is about twice that. short halberd.

Like we said it's our version, we made it shorter for a more versatile weapon but we may come up with a longer one in the future.
All of our blades come with a Kydex sheath.

Although I have never met the Zombie Tools crew, I think I speak for every one of them when I say that people who think that the "Reaper" is a bad name are a bunch of fucking sore loosers that are trying to make somebody say "Hey, their right and we should change the name to whatever you think, send you a blade, a t-shirt and, why not $300?". Well, for those people; get fucked. The name is chosen and, although it is not a scythe, the name "Reaper" fits as in the Grim Reaper, the slayer. It means that it is immortal and can't be stopped.
And for people who are still suggesting names; cut it out. I don't hate you as much as the people mentioned above I still find it frustrating when I look at another comment and somebody is saying "I think a good name would be (insert rather pathetic name here)". They must have read the other comments to see if the name was already suggested or not so why didn't they see the constant posts of people saying "The name is the Reaper" or "Stop suggesting names".

It's the ultimate survival weapon, with one side being a small axe, and the other a spike or hammer. There are new tactical versions of tomahawks out there, but i'm sure you could make a kick-ass one.
