Shipping policy

All domestic packages are sent via USPS or UPS; you select your preference in the checkout process. Zombie Tools assumes no liability to packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit once packages leave our shop. If you want a required signature or a different carrier, please make these special requests at time of purchase. 

 

Most international packages will be shipped via FedEx. With some exceptions, we will take the destination into account and use the best carrier for that destination. It is your responsibility as a blade buyer to know your country’s customs and blade carrying laws, and for paying any duties or taxes on your blade. We cannot be held responsible for seizure of blades by customs. Zombie Tools assumes no liability to packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit once packages leave our shop. We also offer a local pickup option at checkout. Please note the current wait time and location for pickup prior to choosing this option. Once your order is complete and ready, you will be notified by email to set up a day and time for pickup.
